Company Mission

Azuma Foods International Inc., USA strives to convey "an Assimilation of Food Culture to the World" by mixing traditional Japanese cuisine with the world's many food traditions. Through the creation of a unique food culture, AFI hopes to introduce innovative products that will appeal to the tastes of all customers.
In addition, AFI is constantly working to establish an adaptable production system, train personnel, and always increase our production capacity.

As a manufacturer, Development is a key structure as a manufacturer in producing new and innovative products. We strive to bring our originality to the goods we produce and to establish original AFI brands.

Technology

Technology is paramount in creating safe and consistent products. By improving our technology, we strive to increase productivity and introduce the latest technology from Japan, all while being considerate of sensitive environmental issues.

Marketing

Responding to market direction; providing products specific to target geographic areas and marketplaces; discovering the specific niche for a unique food culture - these tasks are the responsibility of market research. AFI endeavors to always make informed decisions and to stay abreast of the latest trends to very best serve our customers' needs.

Very soon, it will be our 40th anniversary.
During these years, we have worked hard at one task: manufacturing of food materials. Our goal was to develop and manufacture high quality, safe and healthy products. We now have friends all over the world including our vendors and customers, not only in the United States, but also in Canada, the EU, South America, and throughout Asia (Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Oceania).

We are learning about the various local food cultures, and we desire that our friendship extend further into the world through food. I recommend, if you are interested in any of the new items, that you by all means try them at least once. As our valued friend, if you see anything that we should know about in the taste, shape or color, please advise us as to how we can make it more attractive to you. Since the inception of our American branch, Azuma Foods' theme has been, "Creating something new by combining East and West," representing our desire to establish a new culture through the medium of cuisine. As Japanese foods continue to gain popularity around the world, they not only become part of each individual country's diet but also change and adapt by combining with the culinary traditions of each locale. While food cultures as a whole continue to expand globally, we believe it is our duty to pave way by pursuing the highest quality in taste and safety for our products. By studying the evolution of Japanese cuisine and challenging ourselves with the possibilities it creates, we hope to bring our customers a new food culture together with unwavering reliability.
